If you’re new around here, WELCOME!

I’m Hallie + I’m a thirty something Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach + Running Coach living in Philadelphia.

You will find all of my favorite tips + tricks that I’ve learned along the way as a trainer as well as workouts that you can do at home or in the gym. I want to debunk some of the “fitness myths” + help you learn healthy habits that you can apply to your daily life without sacrificing the foods that you love or having a workout feel like a chore. If any of this interests you, leave a comment or head to my contact here + I would love to chat more about getting you started on your fitness journey.

Here’s 5 fun facts about me!

1️⃣ I recently moved into my dream home with my fiancé Eric + shih Tzu Bogey. If you love decorating, please help a sister out!

2️⃣ I ran cross country + track in high school. My events were the 400m, 800m + 4x400 and relays.

3️⃣ I’ve completed 3 marathons, 10 half marathons, 7 10 milers, 15k, 6 10ks If my track coach heard that I’ve ran 1 marathon let alone 3, he wouldn’t have believed you.

4️⃣ My mom and sister live in Colorado + I’ve been dying to get out there to see all the fitness things to do there.

5️⃣ I have a slight addiction to all things Bravo. I’m lucky that 90% of my clients are as well so that always keeps our sessions interesting. Come on, you know you love the Housewives and Vanderpump Rules. When I ran the LA marathon in 2019, I had to go to all of LVP’s restaurants.

And a bonus fact!

6️⃣ I was a band geek in High School and College. And you guessed it, I played the flute... And went to band camp to become Drum Major (the conductor of the Marching Band) my Senior year of High School. I started playing in the 4th grade and can proudly say that I still have that same flute. I continued to play in Concert Band all 5-ish years of college and Pep Band for the first two years. What I can say is that music + band was one consistent in my life. Thank you Lizzo for making it cool.

So that’s just a little about me! But I wanna get to know you as well! Drop a fun fact in the comments ⬇️
